Mark Patrick, Jim Rome, Joe Buck, Bob Costas, Dan Patrick, Chris Collingsworth… These lesser sports announcers have to understand that a new kid on the block is about to take their jobs. Look at this kid! His name is LJ. He is a Colts football genius!!! Put him in a suit and get in in front of the microphone!

I’m a big Tony Dungy fan… but I don’t believe for one second that Tony has been in the same room with a Papa John’s pizza. Look at him… This is not the look of a man who eats pizza.
Check out www.nationalfootballmonth.com. Tony Dungy approved!
This dude is excited for the Colts…

Late Night Wars!

Here is a stream of consciousness catch up on what’s going on in the late night world…
…So Jay Leno moved to 10p and Conan O’Brien moved into the Tonight Show at 11:30p. Jay fails at 10p and goes back to the Tonight Show displacing Conan and his staff which moved from New York to Los Angeles only 8 months ago. Late Night Wars ensue. Jimmy Kimmel and David Lettermen fly into the fray with thoughts, observations and imitations. David’s commentary about the Leno/O’Brien shuffle have been legendary because back in 1992, he was O’Brien in the Leno/O’Brien combination. Kimmel, a relative newcomer to late night TV has been the wild card because he quite frankly has nothing to lose at this point. Kimmel did a masterful impression of Jay that flew around the internet. Leno, knowing that he pwned him then invited him onto his failed show for some segment called 10 questions. Leno was being a powder puff and Kimmel just houses him. Then, Leno went on Oprah and tried to PR his way out of this mess. That brings us to this moment where Kimmel now has to explain himself after this Oprah/Leno clip. Ok are we caught up? Good… here’s the clip…
I’m pretty convinced after all that has happened here with Late Night TV over the last month that I’m ready to crown Kimmel the new “KING OF LATE NIGHT” and start Tivo-ing his show.
